The Hats for Humanity program, operated through the Wellsgoode Social Network and Choose2bkind Creations, is a mission-driven business model designed to combine entrepreneurship, volunteerism, and community outreach. Membership in the organization is completely free and is not dependent upon the purchase of a Hats for Humanity ball cap or any merchandise. Free members are known as Assets and are encouraged to participate in volunteer projects, community events, and acts of kindness that support the organization’s overall mission.
Members who choose to purchase and promote Hats for Humanity ball caps become known as Operatives. Operatives have the opportunity to build their own teams and businesses by selling Hats for Humanity hats and mentoring others and helping them build their business within the organization. Commissions are paid exclusively on verified retail sales of Hats for Humanity hats and are not paid on other merchandise offered through Choose2bkind Creations.
The program is built around the belief that every hat sold can create both economic opportunity and meaningful social impact by helping support charitable outreach, youth programs, volunteer initiatives, food banks, homeless assistance, and community service efforts. More than just a merchandise program, Hats for Humanity is designed to inspire a nationwide culture of kindness and service focused on our motto of "Always abounding in good works".
